Warranty
What Our 3-Year Warranty Covers
From the date of shipping, your DIMO LED Mirror products are protected against any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for three years. Specifically, we cover:

Structural faults in the mirror glass, frame, and mounting hardware

Electronic component failures, including LED modules, drivers, and switches, certified for safety and performance

Accessory defects, such as demister pads, sensors, or Bluetooth modules

Easy part replacement, thanks to our user-friendly terminal connections
Your warranty ensures that, should any component of your mirror fail under normal domestic use, we will replace or repair it at no additional cost.
Damage on Delivery
We package our mirrors with the utmost care. However, if your mirror arrives damaged:

Inspect the mirror immediately upon delivery

Photograph the damage before unboxing the unit

Notify our customer service team straight away
We will offer you a Free replacement. Please note that any damage discovered after installation falls outside our free replacement guarantee. Always check your mirror before fitting.
